• The club’s financial year is from November – October.
• Membership fees are payable annually, in advance.
• A once-off Joining fee is payable by new members.
• New member’s yearly fees are payable pro-rata .
• Photo entries of prospective members, will only be accepted after payment of joining and membership fees.
• No entries will be accepted from existing members, after the month of February, if membership fees are not up to date.
• Existing membership will expire if membership fees have not been paid by 31 May. Renewal of membership is subject. to payment of prescribed fees
• Membership fees are payable as follows:

Single Membership (annual)	:	R 330.00
Family Membership (annual)	:	R 450.00
Scholar and Student membership (annual)	:	R 155.00
